Recording Status API

This API is available for Engagement Hub users with voice or screen recording functionality.

The Recording Status API allows you to get the voice recording status of an agent's live call. Using the API, you can provide agents and/or supervisors on a live call with an indication about the status of the voice recording. This helps ensure they comply with compliance business requirements where call recording is mandatory.

In the case of a stereo call, the recording status is reported for both channels: the channel to the agent (recordingStatusToAgent - Rx) and the channel from the agent (recordingStatusFromAgent - Tx). In a mono call, the values are the same for both channels.
